In the business administration (BWL) subject area, we study the management of social processes and focus specifically on organizations’ multiple objectives. We encourage self-reflection in teaching and research of management, that considers individual, organizational, and societal goals. As part of the Department of Socioeconomics, we work with staff and students from the other subject areas.
