Economics at the Department of Socioeconomics
In the economics (VWL) field of the department of socioeconomics, we conduct economic analyses of societal processes. Research and teaching cover a broad spectrum of thematic areas, theoretical approaches, and empirical methods. As part of the Department of Socioeconomics, we cooperate with staff and students from the other subject areas and the Department of Economics.
There are currently eight professors and their staff members working in the field of economics. The professors and staff members can be found in the staff directory as well.
