English at our department

Our department offers its own English courses. This is due in part to our commitment to catering for the needs of those students who have come to us without an ‘Abitur’.

The English curriculum is coordinated by Maura-Dell O’Mahony. She is a lecturer in English for Academic Purposes both in the foundation studies as well as in the more advanced stages of the BA programme (contact details below). Louise Kennedy and Louise Bulloch also teach in the foundation-studies programme.
