Prof. Dr. Silke Boenigk and her three doctoral researchers Charlotte Labaffi, Laura Hesse, and Helge Inselmann participated in the 21st Doctoral and Postdoctoral Colloquium “Management Science 2024”, which took place at the University of Freiburg from 3 to 5 July 2024.

At the conference, Charlotte Labaffi presented the current state of her research on “Brand Inclusivity: Conceptualization, Scale Development, and Validation.” In addition, Helge Inselmann gave a presentation on “Inclusive Volunteering – Individual, Organizational, and Cultural Factors Affecting the Intention of People with Disabilities to Volunteer.”

The conference offers a great opportunity to network in our research focus areas and to discuss current research findings and projects within Germany.
