The professorship for Management of Public, Private and Nonprofit Organizations welcomes final theses dealing with nonprofit management.

BA Socioeconomics
You can write a bachelor’s thesis for Prof. Boenigk’s professorship on a variety of proposed bachelor’s thesis topics (PDF) or on a topic you develop yourself. This may take the form of empirical research involving your own data collection or analysis of secondary data or, alternatively, a theory-/literature-driven thesis.

If you wish to choose one of the proposed topics, please contact the relevant member of staff directly. If you have some other topic suggestion, please write to Prof. Dr. Silke Boenigk. Please feel free to specify the member of staff you wish to be supervised by; if not specified, you will be assigned according to the best fit for your topic. We also welcome inquiries from students who have not previously attended one of our seminars.

MSc Interdisciplinary Public and Nonprofit Studies (PUNO)
In the PUNO master’s degree program, we ask interested students to take a look at our list of topics for master’s theses (PDF), then email a meaningful synopsis and an outline to the relevant supervising research associate.

External dissertations
External dissertations cannot be supervised by the Boenigk professorship.
