Arrival by Train

Long-distance trains stop at Dammtor station, Hamburg: Exit towards Moorweide (not towards Hamburg Messe) and continue on foot (approx. 5-10 minutes): Turn left into Edmund-Siemers-Allee, walk on the other side of the street, pass the main university building and from Edmund-Siemers-Allee turn diagonally right into Grindelallee. At the level of the Heinrich-Heine-Buchhandlung turn into Fröbelstraße and walk past HASPA/CampusCafé to the left to reach staircase B.

Arrival from Hamburg Airport

From Hamburg airport, you can continue your journey by taxi, rental car or public transport: Take the S-Bahn S1 in the direction of “Ohlsdorf”, change there to the U1 in the direction of “Farmsen/Großhansdorf”, get off at the “Hallerstraße” and continue on foot (approx. 10 minutes).
