Tasks of the Trusted persons in Ombudsperson matters

In the event of a conflict with a supervisor, doctoral students can contact the faculty's Trusted persons in Ombudsperson matters. The trusted person's role is to advise doctoral students in the event of a conflict, mediate if necessary, and support them in finding a solution. If the conflict cannot be resolved with the help of the trusted persons, the University of Hamburg's Ombuds Committee can be contacted.
