Welcome to the equal opportunity pages of the Faculty of Business, Economics and Social Sciences! The equal opportunity representative Prof. Dr. Daniela Rastetter and her team will be happy to answer any questions you may have about equal opportunity and preventing discrimination in the Faculty.

She lends support to female early career researchers and implements gender topics in teaching and research. She also counsels Faculty members on their work-life balance and reconciling family and work. Read more about past and current projects.
