In their quest for professionalization, nonprofits are at a loss… …without competent leaders and their ongoing development!
When The European Business Review asked our PhD student, Nils Geib, a few weeks ago for an article in their latest issue (September/October), he took the opportunity to present the latest findings from our chair's research to a more practical audience. Geib's article draws on Boenigk‘s and his recent research on the strategic actions of nonprofits with respect to talent and leadership development. Geib also discusses the benefits such an approach can bring to nonprofits - e.g., how it ensures continuity, safeguards organizations against situations of uncertainty, collapsing collaborations, and unintended disruption
