Book a discussion room

Booking

• Select the desired library via "Overview/Booking".
• Select one of the discussion rooms to check the occupancy.
• Select a time slot.
• Follow the booking procedure.

Deadlines and cancellation

• Bookings can be made up to one minute before the start of a time slot.
• You can book seven days in advance.
• Have you changed your mind? Use the cancellation link in your booking confirmation to release the time slot again.

On-site authentication

• After successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email.
• On request, the group will identify itself on-site by presenting valid student IDs.
• Please also have your confirmation email ready.
• Please note the terms of use.

• Only students of the WISO and BWL faculties can book a room for at least four people. (Exception: Room 331 in Sowi-lib --> 2 persons minimum.)
  The entire group must belong to the WISO or BWL faculties.
  
  
• The group can identify itself on-site by presenting a valid student ID. Please have your booking confirmation ready.
  In the event of non-compliance with the terms of use, the discussion room must be cleared.

• A group can make up to four bookings per week.

• A booking will be cancelled if the group  does not show up fifteen minutes after the start of the booking. The room is then considered free and can be used by other groups. If less than four people occupy the room because one person cannot attend, other groups can use the room as well.

• The library accepts no liability for incorrect bookings or malfunctioning software.
