Professor Geiger got invited by the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania to present his research on the dynamics of organizational routines. The session is part of a seminar series run by the Wharton School on recent topics in Management research. It provides a fruitful opportunity to get very engaged and detailed feedback on one’s own work and extend the network of routine scholars.
