Samantha Sansone joined the Chair for Organization Studies as a doctoral researcher in October 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Entrepreneurship with a Global Social Concentration from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. During her studies she participated in a ‘Maymester’ in South Africa and Tanzania working with EDU Africa and did an exchange semester at Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia. Following her studies she worked internationally for various global corporations such as Disney and Hilton.
Samantha completed a master’s degree in International Business and Sustainability (MIBAS) at University of Hamburg where she focused on sustainable business development and innovation, and management in crises. Currently, her research concentrates on organizational inequality and the coordination of organizational routines.
