Blog: Climate Matters
The blog “Climate Matters” collects thoughts, analysis and opinion pieces regarding the climate change and sustainability debate. In the three categories Media & Politics, Research and The Wider Debate, a team of authors from climate science and journalism studies publishes approximately bi-monthly a new post (email subscription possible).
The blog started as a side project during the UN Climate Conference in Paris in 2015, when a team of scientists, journalists and students with an international and interdisciplinary background analysed and commented on the public debate around the COP21. These original contributions were edited into a booklet, including articles by Maxwell Boykoff, Hans von Storch, Rainer Grundmann and many others (available here: “Media Representations of Climate Change Politics at COP21: The End of The Beginning”).
