Two times a year, we offer the opportunity to start working on the master's thesis (a start is reasonable if you have time to write the master's thesis during the next six months):
Structured support with a fixed start through preliminary talks in the period February-April or August-October,
then concentrated work on the master thesis with two colloquium dates in the following months and a further (optional) single date.

Submission is due six months after your registration for the exam.

Please email a short sketch of ideas to christiane.krueger(at)uni-hamburg.de (sketch of 1-2 pages. You may download here a template for an idea sketch [pdf], (German only) . It is also possible to write sketches for two different topics in the beginning.
