PROS is an annual event organized alongside the publication of the series "Perspectives on Process Organization Studies" (published by Oxford University Press). The Fifteenth Symposium took place from June 24-27, 2024, at the Coral Beach Hotel and Resort, Cyprus. This year’s theme centered on improvisation, resilience, and the ongoing (re)construction of organizations.

PROS is renowned for providing participants with the opportunity to engage deeply, exchange constructive feedback, and share insights in a stimulating and scenic environment.

Iris Seidemann hosted the session "Process Perspectives on Organizations and Management II." She also presented the paper "From Periphery to Center Stage: The Emergence of Unintended Dynamics in Addressing Climate-Induced Disasters." The valuable feedback and intense discussions will be instrumental in further developing the paper.
