On September 30th and October 1st, the Chair of Organization Studies traveled to the 14th Annual Meeting of Organization Research (AMOR) at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), where researchers in the field of organization came together to discuss their current projects.

Pia Geisemann from the Chair of Organization Studies presented her paper titled "Crisis? What Crisis? The Contestation of Urgency in Creeping Crises." Iris Seidemann presented initial ideas for a new paper on the topic "Drifting into Disconnect: The Emergence of Inverted Path Dependency in Addressing Grand Challenges."

During a walk through Frankfurt (Oder) and a collaborative art project, there was ample opportunity for exchange and getting to know each other. We are looking forward to next year's AMOR in Hamburg!
