On October 04 and October 05 , the Chair for Business Administration, in Particular Organization Studies hosted the 12th Annual Meeting of Organizational Research (AMOR) at Leuphana University of Lüneburg.

AMOR brings together researchers on organizational studies to share and discuss their current projects. From the Chair of Organization, Iris Seidemann presented her paper “Nobody said it was easy – System level dynamics in the emergence and navigation of multi-actor paradoxes”. Lisa Harborth presented her paper "Time after time? Exploring the role of time in process organization studies".
