Directions

Arriving by train
Long-distance services stop at Dammtor railway station. Take the Moorweide exit (not the Hamburg Messe exit), then turn left onto Edmund-Siemers-Allee. Cross over the road and pass the main university building on your right. From Edmund-Siemers-Allee, turn off onto Grindelallee, then turn right onto Fröbelstraße. Walk past HASPA/CampusCafé on your left to arrive at Von-Melle-Park 9, then take Staircase B (approx. 5–10 minutes by foot).

Arriving from Hamburg Airport
From Hamburg Airport, you can continue your journey by taxi, rental car, or public transport. For public transport, take the S1 suburban service in the direction of Wedel, then change at Ohlsdorf to the U1 line in the direction of Farmsen/Großhansdorf. Get off at Hallerstraße and continue on foot (approx. 10 minutes). Information on travel times and prices can be obtained from HVV.

Arriving by car
Approach via Grindelhof/Allende-Platz. Cross the campus on foot as per the navigator above.
