On the 29th and 30th of September, the Chair for Strategic & International Management (TUHH) hosted the 10th Annual Meeting of Organizational Research (AMOR). Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference was held as a virtual conference.

AMOR brings together researchers on organizational studies to share and discuss their current projects. From the Chair of Organization, Iris Seidemann presented her paper “Taking a Step Back to Move Forward: Challenging the Paradox Debate in Organization Studies through Problematization”. Lisa Harborth presented her paper "The temporal coordination of multiple organizational routines: Enacting temporal elasticity". We are very thankful for the stimulating discussions and constructive feedback.
