Annual Meeting of Organizational Research at Universität Hamburg

On the 14th and 15th of October, the Chair for Organization gladly hosted the ninth Annual Meeting of Organizational Research (AMOR). AMOR brings together researchers on organizational studies to share and discuss their current projects. This year, the teams of Prof. Dr. Jochen Koch (Chair of Management and Organization, European University Viadrina) and Prof. Dr. Peter Eberl (Human Resource Management and Organization Studies, Kassel University) joined the meeting in Hamburg.

From the Chair of Organization, Iris Seidemann presented her paper on the paradoxical nature of organizational legitimacy repair. Dr. Ali Aslan Gümüsay gave first insights in his project on tackling grand challenges in a circular economy hub. We are very thankful for the stimulating discussions and constructive feedback.
