Der Fachbereich Sozialökonomie begrüßt Hanna Kaitandzhian als Gastforscherin an der Professur für Public Management. Hanna setzt ihr Promotionsstudium fort, das sie in Kooperation der Odesa Mechnikov National University (Ukraine) und der Universidad de Granada (Spanien) absolviert. Ihre Forschung befasst sich u.a. mit Motivation und Commitment in Gesundheitssystemen unter dem Einfluss militärischer Konflikte. Herzlich willkommen!

The Department of Socioeconomics welcomes Hanna Kaitandzhian as a guest researcher at the Chair of Public Management. Hanna is continuing her doctoral studies, which she is pursuing in collaboration between Odesa Mechnikov National University (Ukraine) and the University of Granada (Spain). Her research focuses on topics such as motivation and commitment in healthcare systems under the influence of military conflicts. Welcome!
