May 2, 2022: FFP2 masks only recommended

Due to the University of Hamburg's hygiene plan effective 1 May, the FFP2 mask requirement in the libraries will no longer apply as of May 2. UHH still recommends wearing an FFP2 mask in closed indoor rooms.
