Services on offer from Monday, 11 Oct 2021

8 October 2021

Beginning October 11, 2021, we will offer free seating at individual workstations as well as group workstations, reading lounge, research workstations, discussion rooms, and book carts in our libraries.

Please note that you need to continue wearing your medical nose-to-mouth protection at all times in the library, including at the workstation. In addition, the UHH 3G rule and previous hygiene rules apply in the library.

The changes to our services in detail:

  • You have a free choice of seats at the individual workstations (German only). Please continue to use the marked workstations and keep the spaces in between free.
  • For research you can use research workstations again.
  • Group workstations and the reading lounge are available in the Economics and Business Library.
  • Window seats and bench seating are available for use in the Social Sciences Library.
  • In addition, the following services are again available for students of the faculties WISO and BWL of the UHH, which can be booked online:
