Change of procedure of workstation booking

From Friday, 17 July 2020, individual workstations can only be booked two days in advance.

We are changing the booking option for individual workstations at our locations of the Business and Social Sciences Library.

Unfortunately, many students did not make use of their booked workstations last week. As a result, workstations were unoccupied because we guarantee to keep it reserved for the entire booking period - also due to the necessary hygiene measures.

Therefore, from now on you can only book 2 days in advance.

Please also remember to cancel your reservation if you find that you will not be using the workstation after all.

The number of workstations is limited at both locations. Hygiene protection measures are still in place as part of the containment of CoVid-19.
