Certificates for coursework and achievements
At the Academic Office in the Department of Economics, you can obtain all of the certificates for coursework and achievements that you need for your studies. These are issued by the responsible course and examination manager.
Transcript of Records (studies)
The Transcript of Records (ToR) documents students’ completed coursework and examinations. It consists of a standardized list of all completed courses and modules together with the credits and grades awarded for these.
You can request your ToR when you need it, for example, for an internship, a scholarship application, or study abroad. Please complete the relevant application at the Service Point of the academic office. You will be notified when you can pick up the document.
Graduation documents (bachelor’s and master’s degree programs)
Upon completing your studies, you will receive the following graduation documents on application:
- bachelor’s or master’s diploma (German and English)
- bachelor’s or master’s degree transcripts (German and English)
- Transcript of Records (final) (German and English)
- Diploma Supplement (German and English)
As soon as the academic office receives the grades for your final thesis, a staff member of the course and examination management team will contact you to request that you check to make sure the graduation documents displayed on your STiNE account are complete and accurate. Once you have done this, the documents will be prepared. As soon as the documents have been prepared and all signatures obtained, you will be notified that you may pick up the documents from the academic office.
If you need written confirmation documenting your ECTS grades, please contact your degree program coordinator at the academic office and supply the reason for the request and the exact details that should be included in the written confirmation.
