The Service Point is your first point of contact at the Academic Office in the Department of Economics. You can clarify any questions you have about your studies here by speaking directly with student employees. You can also get general information about matters related to managing your studies. In addition, you can submit and pick up application forms, certificates, and examination materials here. During the examinations and course management and the subject advising / subject coordination office hours, the Service Point can direct you to the responsible contact person.

• advising on all study-related organizational issues
• advising on studying abroad, recognition of examination grades, and Learning Agreements
• notification of placement decisions in case of admission to higher subject semesters
• advising for prospective students and students in the Junior Studies program

• management of your course account in STiNE
• support with registration, changing registration, and withdrawal from courses and examinations
• preparation of all documents for your studies (e.g., Transcript of Records, graduation documents, and BAföG certificates)
