Changed opening hours of our Service Point during lecture-free period: 03 August 2026 to 11 September 2026

The Service Point will be closed on Mondays and Fridays between 03 August 2026 to 11 September 2026. It will be available as usual on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Service Point opening hours:
Tuesday: 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday and Thursday: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Monday and Friday: Closed

The consultation hours of the course and examination management and the program coordinators & academic advisors take place as usual:
Tuesday: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Thursday: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Dear students,

the Academic Office is not fully available on Thursday July 30th, 2026. The Servicepoint will be closed that day as well. The course & examination managers and the program coordinators & academic advisors can only be contacted by phone.

Registration for final thesis changed

Registration process for final thesis has been changed by 01 July 2024: Students must upload the final thesis registration form (with the examinors' signatures) online via the website of the academic office.
