New publication: Sustainable Food Consumption – A Question of Social Differentiation?

In the paper, the authors identified consumer segments in which particular aspects of sustainability are more or less relevant. Surprisingly, it was found that one group acting in a particularly sustainable manner is not characterized by socio-economic status indicators, but well distributed across the Hamburg population:
