New article: Media Diets of Vegetarians

It is well known that the social environment has a decisive influence on whether people eat vegan or vegetarian food. With this study, we show that people who do not eat meat obtain information and exchange information via social media more often than others. Information to convince people not to eat meat therefore has a much greater reach if it is distributed via social media.
