Prof. Peter Grajzl, Washington and Lee University
Peter Grajzl is John F. Hendon Professor of Economics at Washington and Lee University, a CESifo Research Network Fellow, and a non-resident visiting scholar at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2005 and taught at the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary, between 2005 and 2009. His research interests lie in comparative institutional economics, law and economics, and political economy. He has published on a wide range of topics related to the emergence, functioning, and impact of various legal, political, and economic institutions, as well as cultural beliefs, in multiple parts of the world.
