More than 30 million people in Pakistan have been affected by the flood disaster. Their homes washed away, agriculture destroyed. But Pakistan is only a fraction of the contributor to climate change, which is causing more and more extreme weather like this. Shouldn't the industrialized nations be liable now? CSS member Jan Wilkens was one of the contributors to this report. After all, news like this point out how many social drivers are central in the context of extreme weather events and the consequences for many people.
