The Center for Sustainable Society Research launches three new working groups!
The three new temporary working groups are eager to start their work at the CSS. They deal with different topics concerning the key research areas of the center:
The working group "Academic travel: Doing science, meetingness and co-presence" explores the role, relevance and ongoing changes of international academic travel in the field of climate and sustainability sciences (find out more here).
The working group "Corporate Social Responsibility" is dealing with the impact capital market participants have onto the CSR activities of their investments and examines the determinants for the investors to start this engagement (find out more here).
The working group "Sustainable Lives: Food Choices as Politics and Lifestyle" particularly tries to answer the following research questions: what drives food choices and how are they influenced by ideas and discourses related to more sustainable lifestyles? (find out more here).
You can find more information on the working group "Sustainable Finance" that started it's work in 2019 here.
