Hanna Kaitandzhian has been a doctoral student and research assistant at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Granada since November 2022. Prior to that, she finished the academic part of her PhD studies at the Department of Marketing and Business Administration, Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University.
Hanna completed her Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations and Master’s degree in Management at Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University. Her field of interest- organisational behaviour, change management, leadership theories and digitalisation, as well as researching key differences in organisational development in private, public and non-profit sectors. Presently, Hanna is investigating the question of motivation and organisational commitment of healthcare workers in war zones.
During her studies, she was able to study and gain research experience at the University of Bologna and Ca’ Foscari University. She also worked as a research and teaching assistant at the University of Milano-Bicocca (Department of Management) and Vienna University of Economics and Business, Institute for Nonprofit Management.
