Call for Papers: Building Societies. Sociological Perspectives on the Construction Industry and Construction Sites of the Future.

Christine Neubert (UHH) is an Adhoc-group co-organiser of this year’s DGS Congress, which will take place in Mainz from 28 September to 2 October 2026. Construction and building sites are to be highlighted here as primary subjects of sociological research. We welcome contributions dealing with various aspects of construction.

Abstracts (max. 1 page) may be submitted until 30 April 2026.
