Research projects

In recent years, the Professorship for Empirical Economic Research has repeatedly carried out externally funded research projects relating to topics such as inflation expectations, the behaviour of economic forecasters, the rationality of economic forecasts and the role of narratives in the formation of expectations. The Professorship is a co-organiser of the research seminar ‘Quantitative Economics’.
