Influences on Sustainable Food Choices
The project investigates the influence of attitudes, values and social environment on dietary behavior. It is one of a total of seven subprojects in the research group "Sustainable Lives: Food Choices as Politics and Lifestyle" and is being conducted as a local pilot study in Hamburg. In cooperation with the WiSo research laboratory, a telephone survey was conducted with about 1300 Hamburg residents. In parallel, 30 respondents from the telephone survey were interviewed again in more depth as part of a two-semester research module of the master's program in sociology.
