ColLab@UHH - laboratory for innovative, collaborative and crisis-proof entrepreneurship
The transfer project "ColLab@UHH" creates a space for cooperation between theory and practice. This enables the development, testing and transfer into practice of innovative, crisis-proof, and sustainable business practices and community based organizational models. The establishment of such a space requiers three steps: 1. Co-Creation - Conceptualization based on the cooperation between theory and practice, 2. Entrepreneurial Lab - Collaboration and development of innovative rooms for testing, 3. Entreprenurial Action - Implementation of entrepreneurial actions based on sustainable and crisis-proof organizational models.
At this point the ColLab@UHH is pursuing the first phase of the overall project - the Co-Creation phase. In this sense, exiting group interviews are currently taking place with entrepreneurs in order to analyse how innovative, crisis-proof and sustainable organizational models are turning our previous economic beliefs upside down. Furthermore, it is investigated how this could fundamentally change our daily practice of entering into an economic exchange with one another. At the same time, a theory-based paper is being produced, which deals in detail with a specific new business model.
The findings of this research process will build the foundation for the follow-up project: The establishment of an Entrepreneurial Lab (ColLab@UHH). The aim of this Lab will be to test the principles of community-based business actions to analyse their potential for practical implementation.
