Free elective area
In the BA in Economics program, electives may be taken in the third, fifth, and sixth subject semesters. These modules may be selected from all programs offered at the university. It is important that the relevant subject areas enter the results in STiNE, including the credits obtained and a grade or a note that the module was “passed.” Alternatively, you must submit certificates to the responsible course and examination management of your degree program that contain this information.
The Economy and Culture of China program does not include modules from the free elective area.
In the elective areas of the MSc in Economics and MSc in PEP, specific elective courses are offered that you can view and select via STiNE.
For students pursuing a minor, the academic office responsible for their major is responsible for entering the results from the free elective area.
