Technical Problems in STiNE

There has been a problem with the STiNE web portal since Wednesday afternoon, affecting registration, withdrawal and re-registration for examinations in particular. The Regional Computing Center at Universität Hamburg (RRZ) has published infomation concerning this matter on the STiNE website.

If you are affected by this problem, please send an e-mail with your request via your student e-mail address to the examination manager responsible for you in the Academic Office Economics, stating your degree program and student ID number in the subject header. Please note: The registration and deregistration deadlines still apply.

If you have registered, withdrawn or re-registered for examinations in STiNE since Wednesday, please check whether this has been entered correctly in STiNE. If not, please also send us a message.

The Academic Office Economics currently receives a lot of inquiries regarding STiNE problems, for this reason we ask you to refrain from additional telephone inquiries about the latest update. Furthermore, the STiNE malfunction also affects processes in the Academic Office Economics, which means that there may be delays in other areas as well.

Due to this situation, we may only be able to register or cancel examinations in STiNE after the problem has been fixed. This may happen after the exam.
