Kursbeschreibung: Population aging will lead to a decline in labour supply. In addition, preferences for monetary aspects versus non-monetary aspects like flexible work-hours and the option to work part-time are currently changing. Often, labour supply decisions are taken in a family context, because work has to be combined with the provision of care. In this master seminar we will examine these questions from a labour, family and behavioural economics perspective.
