Lena Lenz has been a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Professorship for Organization and Management since December 2020. In her research, she investigates new forms of (collaborative) work in public administration. She places particular emphasis on interdepartmental collaboration and the digital transformation of work.
Lena Lenz is also committed to agile teaching, which focuses on students' self-organization, ability to reflect and creativity. As part of this, she has completed eduScrum® basic training.
From 2017-2020 she worked as a consultant in a management consultancy in the field of supply chain management. Before that, she studied economics at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster (2010-2017).

Supervision of bachelor’s theses that either focus on evaluating existing scholarly studies (literature-based) or analyzing original data (empirical).The bachelor’s theses can be written in either German or English.
