Teaching
Practical organizational and managerial issues often resist classification within a single discipline. We find it important to make our students aware that each theoretical approach raises questions that differ just as much as the possible answers. It’s worth the effort to persistently employ a variety of maps which help us assess a problem from myriad “what-if” angles. We hope to encourage our students to develop consistent standards that go beyond mere conceptual knowledge and help them hone their critical thinking. Our goal is to make them capable of making decisions in complex and uncertain situations while assuming responsibility for organizational and social ramifications.
Our course offer targets students from our Faculty's various bachelor’s and master’s programs but we are also open to students from other faculties.
We gladly supervise final theses—whether bachelor's or master's—if they blend in with our research and teaching portfolio.
