We are pleased to have welcomed Dr Shangyuan Wu, Senior Lecturer and journalism researcher at the National University of Singapore as part of a short research exchange at the Professorship for Digital Journalism at Universität Hamburg.

Dr. Wu presented her current research on the topic of "Journalists as Individual Users of Artificial Intelligence: Exploring their Practices, Perceptions, and Literacies Within and Without the Newsroom" in the research colloquium New Frontiers in Journalism, Communication and Media Research.

This was followed by stimulating discussions about journalism, artificial intelligence, and different research cultures.
