Md Foezullah Talukder holds a BSc Agriculture from Bangladesh Agricultural University and an M.A. in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU). He is head of the climate change program of the Christian Commission for Development in Bangladesh (CCDB) and works on the topic:
