Final theses
You are welcome to write your thesis at our Professorship. Theses may be written in German or English. You can find further information regarding requirements and topics under Theses.

Recommendation letters
We are happy to provide a letter of recommendation if you have successfully completed a course at our Professorship (with a mark of 'good' or better) or if you have written your thesis under our supervision. Please contact us well in advance.
Students who meet the requirements should email the following documents to Ms Leinonen:
- CV
- Transcript of records, explicitly listing the courses taken at the Professorship
- List of addresses to which the confidential letter of recommendation should be sent
- If applicable: a template or form for the letter of recommendation (please explicitly state if none is provided)
- A description (in narrative text) of relevant details regarding the intended application (maximum of one A4 page)
