With an outstanding dissertation defense, Dr. Marc Dörlemann completed his doctorate at the Chair of Business Ethics and Management, under the supervision of Prof. Dirk Ulrich Gilbert on November 27, 2025. The title of the dissertation is “Dialogical and Deliberative Approaches to Navigating Dual-Mission Tensions in Hybrid Organizations - Case Studies and Conceptual Considerations.”
Prof. Gilbert and the team at the chair would like to congratulate Dr. Dörlemann once again and wish him every success in his future endeavours!
