Masaryk University Winter School 2027

Liebe Studierende, hiermit möchten wir Sie auf die Winter School 2027 an der Masaryk University aufmerksam machen.
We are happy to share with you the opportunity to participate in our Winter Schools at Masaryk University (Brno, Czech Republic), taking place from 10th January to 31st January 2027.
Masaryk University offers two unique Winter School programmes, each designed to provide students with high-quality academic content combined with rich cultural experiences.
Both programmes cost €2725, with a €400 discount available for students from partner universities. Students may earn 6 or 8 ECTS credits, depending on the requirements of their home university. The final essay length and complexity will be adjusted according to the selected credit load.
In addition to the academic content, the programme fee includes:
• Accommodation in Brno
• Transportation and accommodation for weekend excursions to Prague, Vienna, and Budapest
• Academic site visits (e.g. UN in Vienna, Radio Free Europe)
• Daily cultural and social activities in Brno organised by our Winter School team
• Opening and closing receptions, and 24/7 student support
Programme options for winter (2):
• Human Rights and International Law
Explore different aspects of international law and how human rights intersect with it, taught by esteemed professors and current members of the court.

• International Security: Practical Insights
Develop practical analytical skills in international security through lectures, simulations, guest presentations and field trips.
