What is I-week?

The I-Week on Sustainability offers insights on the theme of sustainability in an international and interdisciplinary setting (speakers, students, topics). It is offered in a hybrid format in which students can either participate fully on campus or online.'

Why?

To embed international exposure and sustainability in the curriculum. To engage students in hands-on learning experience.To stimulate international cooperation and integration between students

·         March 6, 13 and 20, CET 13:00-15:00: preparatory sessions (online)

·         23-27 March 2026, CET 9:00 – 17:00: online and on-campus course week

Week of 30 March: Students finalise their individual assignments this week. No plenary sessions are planned.

How to nominate students: 

Please let us know by December 1st if you are interested in nominating students for I-week in March 2026. 

We ask you to provide us with the specific list of students by December 1st as well for students participating on campus, and February 14th for students participating online.

To do this, please use the form below. In a later phase, your students themselves will also be contacted directly to confirm their attendance. 

Through the same form, please indicate your name and contact details as well as the contact information of your colleagues who will be involved in I-week and want to stay up-to-date on all our mailings. 

Important: please try and group your registrations. We kindly ask you to be as complete as possible when filling in the form. In case of any changes at a later stage, fill in the form again, adding additional students. Don’t register the same students twice.
