"Efficiency and Equity Effects of Place-Based Policies: Evidence from Capital Subsidies in East Germany"
at the Research Seminar "Quantitative Economic Research".
Sebastian Siegloch is Professor of Economics at the University of Mannheim and Head of the Research Unit "Social Security and Distribution" at the neighbouring ZEW - Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research.
His research focuses on the interface between finance, labour market and regional economics.
