Lara Schröder is a Doctoral Researcher and has joined the Chair of Management and Sustainability in 2024.
She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Hamburg School of Business Administration and an M. Sc. in Enviornmental Policy and Management from University of California, Davis where she was also awarded the Fulbright scholarship. Besides her studies, Lara worked as a financial controller at a large E-Commerce company in Hamburg where she has also accomplished her dual study program during her Bachelor studies. After her Master's degree, she worked as a consultant at an international management consultancy focusing on regulatory implementation of sustainable finance-related matters and ESG performance management integration.
Lara's research interests lie in impact measurement and the regulatory implications of sustainable finance, aiming to drive meaningful change and contribute to the development of effective policies.
